1 · Laser markingThe board is markedA code on the board to track it from start to finish.
2 · Screen printingThe paste is printedThe squeegee deposits solder paste onto the pads through the stencil.
3 · Pick & placeThe components are placedThe head picks each component and places it in position.
4 · Reflow solderingThe board is solderedThe board passes through the heating zones and the paste melts.
5 · 3D optical inspectionThe board is inspectedThe camera measures every component and every solder joint, and decides whether the board moves on or stops.
