The essentials.
-
BomX, with AI. The BOM, from an Excel file, a PDF or a photo; each line with its confidence %.11
-
BomX, 9 distributors. Instant prices from Mouser, DigiKey, Farnell and six more, and per line the cheapest or the fastest.6
-
Incoming, with a camera. A 20 MP camera reads the label at any angle and gives it its UID.5
-
NeXa, the shop floor live. Every machine with its status beacon, and on each line the order, the phase and the efficiency.12
Three key points
Every reel, with its UID.
Identified on arrival and tracked all the way to the board.2
A lot alert, answered instantly.
Which boards carry it and which customers they went to, with 10 years of history.3
From BOM to purchase order.
BomX imports, links and quotes across 9 distributors, and stops wherever you say.4
Application examples.
What BomX, Incoming and NeXa do, according to Shinnex.

You quote a BOM. BomX imports it even if it arrives as a “messy” Excel file, a PDF or a photo, and quotes it.4 BomX ›
You know how many you can build. BomX checks the BOM against your stock, flags what’s missing and prepares the purchase order.10 BomX ›
You receive material. Incoming reads the labels with a camera, several in one photo, and logs every package in NeXa with its UID.5 Incoming ›
You are warned about a faulty lot. NeXa tells you at once which boards carry it and which customers they went to, and you block it, hold it and notify them.3 NeXa ›

Notes
- BomX: from BOM to purchase order (BomX brochure, p. 1 and 4). Incoming: receiving with a unique ID for each material (CTINCOMING brochure, p. 1). NeXa: serial-number traceability, from the customer record to the delivered board (NeXa brochure, p. 1 and 3).
- Incoming creates a unique ID for each material on receipt (CTINCOMING brochure, p. 1). In NeXa, every reel or box has its own identity (UID), with movements that can’t be changed and FIFO by date code; the board ↔ reel trace is recorded during production (NeXa brochure, p. 2 and 3).
- Search by supplier lot, MPN, date code, SPN, container, supplier or item (7 criteria); two-way board ↔ lot genealogy; traceability kept for 10 years; output on screen or to Excel: NeXa brochure, p. 3 and 5.
- The AI agent imports the BOM, links the items, quotes and assigns prices, and stops only at the approval points you configure, with spending limits; it accepts “messy” Excel files, PDFs and images; 9 connected distributors: BomX brochure, p. 1 to 4.
- A table with a 20 MP camera that reads the labels on reels and boxes at any angle, several in one photo (1D, QR, Micro QR, DataMatrix and OCR), gives each package its UID and logs it in NeXa against its order; what does not fit on the table, with a phone or handheld: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (Incoming). Table, PC and screens: CTINCOMING brochure, p. 1 and 2.
- Integrated distributors (9): Mouser, DigiKey, Farnell, Octopart / Nexar, TrustedParts, Texas Instruments, Rutronik24, Weltron and Schukat, with the company's own API keys; per line, the cheapest, the balanced or the shortest lead time: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (BomX). The earlier BomX brochure (p. 1 to 3) listed Arrow, LCSC and TME instead of the last three.
- Up to 6 modules of 90 stencils, each upright in its own slot; NeXa keeps their uses, their limit and their renewals: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (Sten). Dual RGB LED with programmable colour: CTSTEN brochure, p. 1 and 2.
- Touchscreen on a Raspberry Pi or Windows PC and a gateway on the plant's server; the operator scans, loads reels, tests and packs, and every step lands in NeXa in one transaction; replaces the CTProd in the CTPROD brochure: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (Prod).
- BomX: BomX brochure, p. 3, and shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026. NeXa: NeXa brochure, p. 5, and shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026. Incoming: CTINCOMING brochure, p. 2, and shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026. Sten: CTSTEN brochure, p. 1 and 2. Prod: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026.
- Build analysis: checks BOMs and structures against actual stock, calculates how many can be built, detects shortages and generates the purchase order: BomX brochure, p. 2 and 4.
- BOM import from Excel or CSV and, with AI, from PDF, TXT or an image, with the confidence % of each line and the doubtful ones flagged for review: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (BomX).
- Live shop floor: the floor plan with each machine’s status beacon (running, stopped, in alarm or idle) and, on each line, the order, the phase, the units and the efficiency, from the Prod terminals’ scans; TV mode for the shop-floor screen: shinnex.systems, 30-10-2026 (NeXa).
Images and videos: Shinnex (its brochures and shinnex.systems); the screen videos use demo data. Anything marked “In progress” is not the final version yet.
